I just wanted to reach out to say a big thank you to all of those who have come to class during this first term.
Whilst I am passionate in the belief that yoga has so much to offer (I don't want my gratitude to imply that you are making any kind of sacrifice by coming to class!) I am so thankful for the support you have shown whilst I set up in the area, the early days are not always easy.
Many of you already know that I had a bit of an unplanned break from teaching after the birth of my second daughter, largely due to the pandemic, an international move and then a year-long renovation. It was frustrating not being able to teach and a real test of patience to wait until we were settled to start up again, but I am so happy now to be back doing what I love and I am excited about all the ideas I have for 2022.
I also wanted to share something to celebrate, which is that the karma effects of your practice with me this year has led to donations of over £150 to yoga stops traffick as well as 65 trees planted through ecologi. You can check up on our yoga forest anytime here.
I hope you all have a wonderful time over the festive season and take comfort in the fact that the days are getting longer once again. I look forward to seeing you next year!
With warmth and wishes for a very happy new year,
ps- as I write this I am enjoying a cup of the most delicious chai tea- in case any of you would like the recipe, here it is!
