Service Description

Family Yoga offers a precious opportunity for connection and bonding. These classes include the essential yoga ingredients, movement, breathing, mindfulness and relaxation with a fun and engaging approach suitable for all generations. The class is aimed for ages 4-10 and their grown ups but younger and older siblings may also like to join. £6 per person (under 2's can come along for free)
