So which class will you try?

Gentle Yogaand breathwork

Mindful movement to improve strength, flexibility and balance of both body and mind. This class is suitable for anyone who wants to explore the more subtle nature of yoga, we will spend more time with meditation and pranayama (breathwork). The pace of movement is slow and the emphasis is on being responsive to your body's needs makingit a great option if you have or are recovering from injury, are new to yoga, are pregnant or just fancy a slower style practice. And of course the class would not be complete without a good dose of relaxation towards the end. 

Slow Flow Yoga

A well rounded hours practice. Flow from pose to pose slowly, encourages the mind and breath to loose some of its pace whilst we build strength, flexibility and balance in body and mind. 

 

You can expect-

A range of yoga postures, including forward folds, back bends, twists, standing and seated poses.
Meditation,
Breathwork (pranayama)
Relaxation
